How Home Care works — the plain-English fine print
- Troubleshooting minutes are shared across the covered computers and don't roll over.
- Support is during business hours (Mon–Fri 8am–6pm). Extra time is billed at the $49/session rate, always with your OK first.
- A small monitoring agent is installed with your written permission and removed if you cancel. Unattended access only if you've specifically authorized it.
- In-home visits, hardware, backup storage, major cleanups and data recovery are separate, quoted up front.
- Security alerts are reviewed during business hours. 24/7 human security response is part of Business Care, not Home Care.
- You never have to buy a plan to get help — the $49 fix is always available.

Repair & Cleanup
We find exactly what's wrong and quote the repair before any work begins. If you approve the repair, the $49 is waived. If you decline, or the machine isn't worth fixing, $49 is all you pay. In-home diagnosis is the $75 first hour instead.
