Why I Started PC Help Hero
I've been passionate about computers and technology since I was a kid. But what I love even more than technology itself is helping people — especially people who feel frustrated, confused, or even intimidated by it.
I saw too many people — family members, neighbors, folks in our community — getting ripped off by fly-by-night computer shops, overcharged by big companies, or left feeling dumb by technicians who spoke in jargon instead of plain English. That wasn't right.
So I started PC Help Hero right here in Lexington, Tennessee. My goal was simple: give everyone in West Tennessee access to honest, affordable, friendly computer help — regardless of their technical knowledge or budget.
